no kissess lipstick are laboratory tested with high qualified cosmetologist using natural and well practised techniques to provide best testing outcome possible.

How do I make an exchange/refund?

unfortunately we do not give refunds! exchange can be made within 7 days of the date the products were purchased, any products purchased needs to be undamaged and the packaging and the tubes are intact. once item and the packaging are opened or damaged kissess lipline. we are not held accountable to accept items that have already opened, kissess hold the response to not accept items if they are not in good condition, refunds and credit notes or gift cards are not within the company offering for any enquiries on our policies please email kissess and be sure to get a response within.
